Lots of dental problems: two impacted canines, root stump with root canal treatment, over-erupted top front teeth and anterior 100% deep bite. The deep bite made denture and implants very hard without the help of orthodontic treatment. And the top front teeth may not last very long.
Direct composite resin bridge was chosen after discussing all the options. This cheap medium term solution may last until top front teeth need extractions.
The direct composite bridge was done in 2020. It has been some minor repairs since then, but it still looks good. I will keep it updated until it fails.
