Immediate implant placement and crown restoration

This case involved two implants placement. One was immediate implant placement during the tooth extraction. The other one was delayed implant placement, where the tooth had been missing for a long time.

3 months after, the implants showed good osseointergration and soft tissue healing. Both delayed and immediate implant placements were restored by implant supported zirconia crowns. The immediate implant placement and crown restorations was successful aesthetically and functionally.
