One tooth had been removed already. The other had failed root canal treatment. After discussion the options of extraction and root canal re-treatment, extraction was chosen.

2 dental implants

Among the options (denture, bridges and implants) to replace missing teeth, implants as the best option was picked. A standard size implant was placed at the site with already missing tooth. A wide size implant was placed at the site of failed root canal treated tooth because more bone was available after ridge preservation. Both implants were integrated very well and restored with crowns.
